A great place where to do business, as both sisters were so nice. I had just called another agency and they were not friendly as I was trying to figure out how I will find the right professional as I needed to switch. I had the best conversation with the Shaver sisters; and laughed off some frustration from the previous day that all could have been avoid had the agent cared to call after he said he would or my lending company had been called back . When someone's excuse is; 'they don't want me to call them,' it is just comical, as they initiated the call in the first place that was unprofessionally ignored. All this was due to missing policy information. Some people sound accountable, honest, and kind and know how to treat people with respect. Others darken the image of a company due to poor attitude and slothfulness. Erie should be glad they have the Shavers picking up after anothers mistakes and lack of concern.
